Things get interesting as the doll hamlet of Sunnyvale is drinking a liquid butter like it's nothing as well as $12,485 shopping bill with a fake credit card.

AceShowbiz - The first trailer of highly-anticipated "Life-Size 2" is here for viewing pleasure! Tyra Banks reprises her role as our special doll-friend Eve after nearly two decades.

The video opens with the Barbie-esque doll meeting Grace Manning (Francia Raisa), a young CEO of Marathon Toys, the company that manufactures the Eve dolls. Just like what she did to Lindsay Lohan's character in the original movie "Life-Size", the new series will also see the doll, who magically comes to life in order to help someone, embarking on a mission to make Grace's life change for the better.

However, her helps are not always welcome with Grace can be seen telling her, "Can you please just leave me alone now?" But Eve insists, "I'm here to help you, Gracie Girl." Grace apparently is left with no option rather than bringing Eve along and introducing her to her other friends.

Things get interesting as the doll hamlet of Sunnyvale is drinking a liquid butter like it's nothing. She also has no problem giving out a fake credit card to pay a $12,485 shopping bill. The trailer also teases that things between Gracie and Eve will get better as the latter deems Grace "the best friend a doll could ask for."

"There's a little bit of a bait-and-switch where you think Eve is one thing and she turns out to be something else, so fans of the original will go, 'Oh my gosh!' " Tyra previously teased of the plot.

"Things are new and she's still excited about seeing things for the first time…. My other executive producer on this, Stephanie Allain, made a grid for me for the beginning of the movie to the end of the movie of how human Eve is in each scene," she continued. "So, as the movie progresses, Eve becomes less doll-like and more human, so you'll see a bit more of that evolution than you did in the first movie."

In addition to starring, Tyra serves as executive producer alongside Allain. Cameron Fay and Stacey Harman wrote with Steven K. Tsuchida directing. The series also features Gavin Stenhouse, Shanica Knowles, Hank Chen and Alison Fernandez. While Lindsay is not returning to the new series, Tyra hinted that they did "something beautiful" with her character.

"Life-Size 2" premieres Sunday, December at 9 P.M. ET on Freeform.
