It arrives after the the estranged couple requested permission to fast-track the process of their divorce deal.

AceShowbiz - Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have agreed to share custody of their three children and undergo monthly therapy as part of their divorce settlement.

The actors split in June, 2015 following 10 years of marriage, but they only began the legal process to make the break-up official in April, 2017, when they filed simultaneous divorce petitions.

Last month, the estranged couple requested permission to fast-track the process by hiring a private judge to help the stars hash out the details regarding their separation, and they met up at the "Dallas Buyers Club" star's Los Angeles home to resolve the remaining issues.

Now, according to court papers obtained by TMZ, the details of their agreement have been revealed, with Ben and Jen, who have remained close since their separation, sharing joint physical and legal custody of daughters Violet, 12, and Seraphina, nine, and six-year-old son Samuel.

They have also committed to attending monthly sessions with a co-parenting therapist for at least six months, and have promised to refrain from badmouthing one another.

"Neither party shall make derogatory or insulting remarks about the other," the papers read.

They also state, "Each party is restrained from arguing, yelling, or using profanity directed at the other party in the presence or within hearing distance of any of the minor children."

The documents were submitted to a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge to finalise by celebrity lawyer Laura Wasser, who had initially been hired to represent Garner, but ended up serving as a mediator for the exes during the recent negotiations to help them reach an agreement with as little conflict as possible.

The divorce will be made official as soon as the judge approves the paperwork and signs off on the deal.

The news emerges two weeks after Jennifer was romantically linked to businessman John Miller, marking her first relationship since parting ways with Ben.

Meanwhile, the "Justice League" star is currently single, after previously dating TV producer Lindsay Shookus for a year until this summer, before embarking on a brief fling with Playboy model Shauna Sexton.

He and Sexton split in October, shortly after he shared a touching thank you letter to his supporters online following his completion of a 40-day stay in rehab to tackle alcohol addiction.
