The 'On the Floor' hitmaker, who has been tapped to judge 'World of Dance', is working with writer Todd Graff on the dance drama series to be aired on NBC.

AceShowbiz - Jennifer Lopez is lining up another TV project as the executive producer of dance drama "Major".

The "Selena" star is working with series writer Todd Graff on the project, which will reportedly centre on the dancers and teachers at a prestigious university dance department.

Lopez, who also serves as a judge on her reality competition "World of Dance", will executive produce "Major" alongside Graff and her longtime collaborator Benny Medina. The series will air on American network NBC.

The new gig comes after Lopez announced her return to dramatic TV with "Blood Ties" following the end of her show "Shades of Blue", which wrapped its run after three seasons this summer.

Lopez has teamed up with Vincent Laresca for the new police drama, which is the brainchild of former "The Mentalist" executive producer Tom Szentgyorgyi.

The series revolves around a wrongly-convicted homicide detective whose time behind bars has given him an insight into the criminals he chases.
