Caroline Campbell says in the affidavit that the multi-millionaire is insisting on equal custody primarily to avoid paying child support.

AceShowbiz - Jennifer Garner is rumored to have found a new love in businessman John Miller, and people have been dying to get to know more of him. A new report offers some details of the multi-millionaire, but the new informations are not necessarily nice things to hear.

According to John's estranged wife Caroline Campbell, John is controlling and punishing. As the two are curently embroilling in nasty child custody battle, Caroline claims in court documents, obtained by Radar Online, that John, with whom she shares two children together, uses his position of power over her. She adds that it leaves her with no choice rather than grovelling and begging in order to see their children.

In her September 15, 2016 declaration, Caroline says that Jennifer's alleged new boyfriend is insisting on equal custody primarily to avoid paying child support. She also accuses him of being too busy to take care of their children, leaving the responsibility to his parents or former girlfriend.

"He takes the children when I am out of town working, but he does not allow me to have them when he is working in town and has others caring for our children," Caroline says in the affidavit.

She goes on saying, "That serves his purpose, bolstering his position regarding child support issues and giving him the satisfaction of controlling me and punishing me for ending our marriage. It puts me in a position of begging him for the time back so I can care for our children the same amount of time that he (or more accurately, his family) does. I feel pressure to avoid doing anything that might upset him, and pressure to comply with whatever terms he imposes. John's unilateral imposition of a Right of First Refusal serves his personal purposes, but is not at all at the best interest of our children."

Meanwhile, John says that he takes some issues on how Caroline's mother takes care of the children. "On numerous occasions, I have voiced my concerns to Caroline regarding her mother's child caring methodologies, but Caroline has simply almost always ignored my communications on the subject," he said in the affidavit.

John, who is a chairman and chief executive officer of CaliGroup, a company which owns a chain of CaliBurger restaurants and Miso Robotics, filed for divorce from Caroline in June 2011 after six years of marriage. The two agreed to finalize their divorce on October 22, though they are still practically married now since the judge has yet to sign off on the documents.

Previous report suggested that Jennifer and John have been together for six months. "It's getting pretty serious," a source revealed. "Jen brings out the best in John, and he is the happiest he has probably ever been. It's a loving, healthy relationship."
