'Charlie's Angels' Reboot Adopts 'Wonder Woman' Sequel Vacated Release Date

While the Elizabeth Banks-directed revamp movie is now slated to be released in November 2019, the Gal Gadot-led action film is pushed back to June 2020.

AceShowbiz - Elizabeth Banks' "Charlie's Angels" revamp has been pushed back five weeks.

The star-studded action film, featuring Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott and Ella Balinska, will now open on November 1, 2019 - the date the "Wonder Woman" sequel was scheduled to debut, before Gal Gadot's blockbuster was rescheduled to June 5, 2020 on Monday, October 22.

Gadot herself announced the news on social media, writing, "Super excited to announce that, thanks to the changing landscape, we are able to put Wonder Woman back to its rightful home. June 5, 2020. Be there or be square!!!"

The first "Charlie's Angels" movie, featuring Drew Barrymore, Lucy Liu and Cameron Diaz, also opened on the first weekend of November back in 2000.
