AceShowbiz - Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson literally took the heat during the production of the new "Men in Black" movie. The actress took to her Instagram page on Saturday, October 13 to share a new picture from the upcoming movie, showing her and co-star Hemsworth in the desert.

Both actors, who also starred together in "Thor: Ragnarok", maintained the signature looks in black-and-white outfits and black shades despite the hot weather. They took cover from the scorching sun under black umbrellas, which in Hemsworth's case didn't help much as his umbrella was much smaller than that of Thompson's.

"Buds in Black," the "Westworld" star captioned the image, which showed them walking on the sandy slopes.

The untitled Men in Black spin-off is directed by "The Fate of the Furious" filmmaker F. Gary Gray, with Matt Holloway and Art Marcum providing the script. Details of the upcoming film are still scarce, but Hemsworth and Thompson are expected to play characters similar to Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones' in the original movie. The two original actors will not return for the new film.

Emma Thompson is said to reprise her role as Agent O, the chief of the Men in Black organization. Liam Neeson also joins the cast, reportedly to play the head of the Men in Black organization in London. Kumail Nanjiani and Rafe Spall are among other actors to star in the movie.

Alleged storyline emerged in May, revealing that "the new 'MEN IN BLACK' spin-off film will see Tessa Thompson's Em try to prove herself by joining the London MIB and will be paired with Chris Hemworth's Agent H. The pair will become involved in a murder mystery that will lead to them on a global journey."

The movie is scheduled to be released on June 14, 2019 in the U.S.
