'Am I delusional or did Noah Centineo just make the quickest appearance on #KUWTK ...?' one confused fan writes on Twitter.

AceShowbiz - Are fans seeing things? Fans on Twitter were going wild after everyone's favorite heartthrob Noah Centineo made a brief appearance in October 14 episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians". It was so bizzare and something that no one saw coming, enough to make a fan wonder if s/he was delusional.

The fan tweeted, "Am I delusional or did Noah Centineo just make the quickest appearance on #KUWTK ...?" Another fan was equally confused, writing, "Sorry but was @noahcent just on KUWTK for 1 second......."

"If u wondered how my nights going, I was watching #KUWTK and I saw @noahcent on it and I screamed so," one other tweeted. Noah's brief appearance was powerful enough to make a fan go bananas. "Um @noahcent just casually showed up on tonight's episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashian's and I am NOT OK. #KUWTK," the fan confessed.

It appeared that Noah appeared on the show while matriarch Kris Jenner was walking through the under-construction Watts Empowerment Center in Los Angeles, where the KarJenners donate monthly. Noah and his friend Justin were doing community service for the youth in Watts. They had a basketball game to celebrate the opening of the Watts Empowerment Center Sports Complex.

The fact that Noah was the type of someone who would do a community service in his spare time further made fans fall over him deeper. "Noah Centineo was just on KUWTK doing community service, seeing him play with the children in the background of this episode was the most wholesome thing," a fan gushed over the "To the Boys I've Loved Before" breakout star. "Aww, look at The Internet's Boyfriend @noahcent being all cute in the background on #KUWTK," added one other whipped fan.

During the episode of the long-running reality show, Justin Mayo, the director of the Watts Community Center, said to Kris that the facility wasn't in the ideal shape to serve its young, inner city community. "I'm envisioning not just a community center, but actually something that's going to empower them," said Mayo.

With the help of the Kardashians' donation as well as an Indiegogo campaign, which raised over $92,000, the center was renovated and officially re-opened in March. "I can't be more thrilled about how everything turned out," Kris said after she and the rest of the family met with the center's leaders and the community's residents.
