Five years after filing for separation, the actor playing Luther Stickell in the 'Mission: Impossible' series is reportedly asking for a trial date for support and custody issues.

AceShowbiz - Movie star Ving Rhames has called time on his marriage five years after he and his wife Deborah split.

The former couple quietly filed for separation in 2013 and now the "Pulp Fiction" star and his ex-partner have asked a judge to weigh in on support and custody issues.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Ving asked the court to set a trial date for their separation last week, ends September 28. He is seeking joint legal and physical custody of the ex-couple's kids, Freedom and Reign. His wife is seeking joint legal and primary custody, as well as spousal support and attorneys' fees.

Initially filing for the separation in September 2013, Rhames listed the date of the split as April 2011.
