The former "90210" actress and her model husband Josh Beech welcomed their first child together, a baby girl, on Thursday, September 27.

The 28-year-old alerted fans to the arrival when she posted video of herself packing her hospital bag on YouTube and Instagram.

"My hospital bag has been packed for weeks but I'm finally ready to put it to use!" she wrote on the social media site on Thursday.

The actress announced she was pregnant in May via Twitter, writing: "Well it's official... I'm definitely a grown-up! @joshbeech and I are so excited to welcome this bada** baby girl into our world and I am so thrilled to be able to finally share this crazy journey with you guys!"

The couple began dating in early 2012 and became engaged in December that same year. Shenae and Josh were married in London the following May.
