During the episode, ABC also announces the full cast of 'Dancing with the Stars: Juniors'.

AceShowbiz - The special 2-part premiere of season 27 of "Dancing with the Stars" aired on Tuesday, September 25. It kicked off by an epic performance from "The Greatest Showman" soundtrack and was followed by a couple of performances by the cast of "Dancing with the Stars: Juniors".

Now, it was time to reveal the results. First pair to be announced safe were DeMarcus Ware and Lindsay Arnold. Tinashe and Brandon Armstrong joined them as they were announced safe.

Nancy McKeon and Valentin Chmerkovskiy were named the first team in jeorpardy. Meanwhile, Joe Amabile and Jenna Johnson were safe. It's surprising because they had the lowest score in Night 1.

Juan Pablo & Cheryl Burke and Bobby Bones & Sharna Burgess were able to breathe a sigh of relief as they were safe. However, Nikki Glaser & Gleb Savchenko and Alexis Ren & Alan Bersten were left in jeopardy.

Milo Manheim and Witney Carson were also safe alongside Evanna Lynch & Keo Motsepe and John Schneider & Emma Slater. That meant, Danelle Umstead & Artem Chigvintsev and Mary Lou Retton & Sasha Farber were in danger.

First taking the stage to dance a Cha Cha to "Hot Stuff" by Donna Summer was Mary Lou and Sasha. Judge Len Goodman said it was clean, while Bruno Toniolo said that Mary Lou looked pressured. They earned 21 points out of 30.

Danelle and Artem later followed it up with a Focxtrot to "Strong Ones" by Armin van Buuren. "Last night you inspired, and tonight you impressed," said Carrie Ann Inaba. The jugdes gave Danelle 18 points.

Meanwhile, Nikki and Gleb opted for a Salsa to "Tres Deseos" by Gloria Estefan. While Len said that Nikki had better control that night, Bruno noted that she need to work on her hip action. Nikki got a 18.

Performing next were Alexis and Alan. They did a Jive to "Shake the Room" by Gamu. The judges had nothing but praises for her with Len saying, "I was amazed that you were in jeopardy. You're a terrific dancer." The judges gave them 23 points.

Lastly, Nancy and Val rounded up the night with a Quickstep to "Walking on Sunshine" by Katrina & The Waves. They did well as Bruno dubbed their performance "bright, lovely, vivacious." Nancy earned a 21 out of 30.

The time for first elimination had come. Unfortunately, Nikki and Gleb were sent home.
