AceShowbiz - Nicki Minaj appeared to confirm rumours of a romance with Formula 1 racing driver Lewis Hamilton as the pair spent time together in the United Arab Emirates over the weekend, September 22-23.
Fans have noticed growing flirtations between the pair on Instagram in the weeks following their joint appearance at the launch party for Lewis' fashion line for Tommy Hilfiger.
And on Sunday, September 23, Nicki posted a video on her Instagram account of her walking on the beach in the moonlight, dressed head to toe in Versace, while speaking to a man with a British accent - who sounded very much like the racing star.
Nicki asked him: "Can you see the water? I want you to see the water."
"You can't see it's too dark," the man answered, before suggesting that Nicki walk further up the beach so he could get the sea in the shot.
Nicki captioned the video, "AbuBarbie Dubai".
A video posted the same day on The Shade Room Instagram account showed the pair exiting a Dubai hotel elevator together, with the "Anaconda" hitmaker dressed in the same Versace outfit. And UAE publication The National noted that Lewis posted a video of himself jogging in the Emirates, running past a Dubai skyline featuring local landmark the Burj Khalifa.
Nicki and Lewis fuelled rumours they are growing close after the "Barbie Dreamz" rapper and the Formula 1 ace posed on the red carpet of a Tommy Hilfiger New York Fashion week party earlier this month. However, both have recently denied having a significant other in their lives.
During an appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show", Nicki told host Ellen DeGeneres there is someone new on the scene but she's not coupled up.
"He's been around for a couple weeks," she laughed. "But I don't have a boy."
Lewis told The Times his "love life is non-existent", explaining to the British newspaper, "I'm a workaholic. I don't have time for it."
