AceShowbiz - A judge has granted rapper Juelz Santana's request to return to the home he shares with his girlfriend, while he awaits entencing in an airport gun case.
The There It Go (The Whistle Song) star, real name LaRon James, was arrested in March, when security officials at Newark Liberty International Airport found a loaded .38-caliber handgun and non-prescribed Oxycodone pills in a carry-on bag containing Santana's identification.
He is currently out on bail and living with his mother in New Jersey, while completing an anger management programme following a domestic violence incident involving himself and his girlfriend, Kimbella Vanderhee, but according to The Blast, the judge overseeing his case has agreed to let Santana move back in with his lover.
The 36-year-old still has to complete anger management and domestic violence counselling and has to seek permission to leave the home he shares with Kimbella.
The rapper is facing up to 20 years behind bars after pleading guilty to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and carrying a weapon on an aircraft.
He will be sentenced on 12 December.
