The 38-year-old actor was spotted hanging out with someone who looks like his singer ex-girlfriend on Tuesday night, September 4. The woman was later identified as Spanish model Monica Alvarez, whose followers on Instagram include G-Eazy and Chris Brown.

In some photos which have been circulating online, Wilmer wore a white shirt which he teamed with a light brown jacket and a pair of jeans. He completed the look with a necklace. His model companion also opted to wear a white T-shirt and ripped jeans. She was photographed playing with her hair while carrying a Louis Vuitton bag.

The two tried to keep their date pretty low-key by keeping their distance from each other, but it's clear as day that they were hanging out together. In addition, they left in separate cars. Monica even made it clear to paparazzi that their outing was not a date, according to The Blast.

While Wilmer was having fun with the Spanish model, Demi is currently staying in a rehab facility following her apparent drug overdose. The former Disney darling is reportedly "focusing on getting healthy and moving forward," to the point that she is willing to sell her Hollywood Hills home where she overdosed in late July.

"Demi wasn't sure when she'd be home, and with what happened in the home she made the decision to put it up for sale," a source said of her decision to sell the house. "Demi is taking her sobriety seriously and plans to be in a rehab program for a while."

The home is located on a quiet road above the Chateau Marmont and boasts views "from downtown to the Pacific Ocean." Besides four bedrooms and six bathrooms, it includes a grilling area, a bar and media room as well as a sky lounge terrace. It is up for sale for $9.495 million.
