AceShowbiz - Troubled actor Orlando Brown is currently behind bars following his arrest in Las Vegas on Sunday, September 02.

The former "That's So Raven" star was arrested after being caught on camera changing the locks inside the Legends Restaurant & Venue, which is owned by his friend Danny Boy, who had let him sleep there following his release from hospital two weeks earlier.

Video footage obtained by TMZ.com shows the 30-year-old wandering around the kitchen of the establishment before covering the security camera with a cloth.

Danny Boy called the police on Brown who claimed to the cops that he had permission to change the locks, which his pal denied, so Brown was arrested. The restaurant owner also told TMZ.com that Brown seemed to be "in a haze" that day and had accused him of stealing his money. He is pressing charges because he believes Brown needs to get help.

The actor has had a run of legal trouble, so his new arrest means his previous bonds have been revoked. He is currently behind bars with bail set at £13,000 (£10,000).

A warrant was issued for his arrest in August after he failed to show up in court over his felony narcotics possession case.

The former Disney child star previously had a warrant out for his arrest in March, after he failed to appear in court to answer to claims he allegedly hit his girlfriend during a fight in Torrance, California last year. As a consequence, bounty hunters orchestrated a raid on his Las Vegas home and dragged him outside in his underwear.
