AceShowbiz - Former Top Gear co-host Richard Hammond and his wife were gassed and robbed during a party in the South of France.

Sunday Express columnist Mindy Hammond has revealed that she, Richard, their teenage daughter and a group of friends, who were staying with them at a villa in Saint Tropez, were all victims of a recent raid.

She claims that everyone was knocked out by a gas and woke to find their wallets, purses and jewellery had been taken, and rooms ransacked.

Mindy tells the Express a neighbouring property was also targeted and two of the alleged robbers were arrested within two days of the raid after they were caught on surveillance cameras.
