AceShowbiz - Cardi B has slammed social media users who criticised her for appearing nude in an Instagram photo posted by her husband Offset.
The Bodak Yellow rapper showed off her post-baby body and impressive tattoos in the snap, which was shared by the Migos star over the weekend, August 25-26.
Some fans were critical of the explicit pic, however, with one calling her a "hoe" for allowing herself to be pictured naked.
But in a live video broadcast on the social media site on Sunday, Cardi, real name Belcalis Almanzar, took aim at her detractors - pointing out that she was proud of her body and had previously worked as a stripper.
"Let me be free," she said, according to Billboard. "If I wanna be half-a** naked, why not? A b**ch used to be a whole motherf**king stripper. If I wanna feel sexy, if I want ya all to see my motherf**king body, why the f**k not?"
She went on to explain that she was happy being a "nasty a** freak a** b**ch" and would inevitably be criticised over whatever she did.
In the rant, the 25-year-old also addressed fans who criticised her for returning onstage at Migos' New York gig on Saturday - despite pulling out of her spot on Bruno Mars' tour to make time for her baby daughter Kulture, who was born in July.
The musician pointed out to grumblers that a brief guest slot was very different to a full set and that attending her husband's Madison Square Garden concert did not mean she had to spend time away from her child.
"Let me tell you all something, right," she added. "I seen a lot of people like, 'Oh, didn't you cancel your tour? Why you performing onstage?' And it's like, well, first of all, you know what I'm saying, going on tour in different cities every day - that means I wouldn't be able to see my child. My child is in New York right now.
"And second of all, I only got on the stage for two minutes and I literally just rapped. When I go on tour and s**t, I gotta put on a whole show. That means I gotta bend over, do somersaults and s**t, do choreography - and that's something my body is not ready to take right now (sic)."
In her rant, Cardi also indicated that she's open to returning to Bruno's tour in a guest capacity and revealed that she wants cosmetic surgery on her breasts.
