AceShowbiz - Mel B sparked rumours she's undergone cosmetic surgery after revealing a fresh faced look at Simon Cowell's Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony.
The former Spice Girl, 43, turned up at the glitzy Los Angeles ceremony alongside Simon and their fellow America's Got Talent judges Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel, as well as the British version's Alesha Dixon, and Amanda Holden on Wednesday, August 22.
Mel, who was wearing a flowing pink wrap dress, showed off her fuller cheeks and smoother skin to fans by posting pictures of the event on her Instagram page.
Some of her followers were critical of her new look, claiming the star has "botox" and "too much work done" - but the Wannabe singer puts her youthful visage down to non-surgical procedures she had done on a flying visit to a cosmetic clinic in the U.K. last month.
The star reportedly travelled to a clinic in Wilmslow, England, where she underwent a $5,150 (£4,000) non-surgical face-lift overseen by facial rejuvenation expert Dr. Nyla Raja. That wasn't enough for Mel however, as she also had the Exilis Elite treatment - another procedure that uses radio frequencies to heat the dermis skin layer in order to stimulate new collagen growth - reducing pockets of fat and tightening the skin.
The pop star turned talent show judge has been an outspoken champion of Dr. Nyla's work, uploading a picture of herself at the clinic and opening up to U.k. newspaper The Sun about how she feels the procedures enhance her natural beauty.
"I believe in being the best version of yourself and I'm a great believer of looking and keeping your natural beauty," she said. "I love the fact that you don't have to take drastic scary procedures and go under the knife. It's important we start talking about it more so more people know about the safer and more natural options out there."
Fresh-faced Mel was all smiles at the star-studded Los Angeles event, despite her lengthy divorce battle with ex-husband Stephen Belafonte. She was recently ordered to pay his legal fees of $350,000 (£270,000) as they reached a settlement after more than a year of legal wrangles.
