Sally Lou Perkins collects the $213,000 she wins after taking the reality star to court for unpaid wages.

AceShowbiz - Singer Tamar Braxton has paid off the judgement filed by her former nanny after selling her Los Angeles mansion.

Sally Lou Perkins collected the $213,000 (£170,000) she won after taking the reality star to court for unpaid wages. The payment was made following the sale of the seven-bedroom home Braxton once shared with her now estranged husband Vince Herbert.

The home was initially put on the market in October (17) for $15 million (£12 million) after the pair split but the property sold for just $9 million (£7 million).

According to The Blast, Perkins plans to team up with New York-based organisation National Domestic Workers Alliance to help raise awareness towards the rights of domestic workers.

Perkins tended to Braxton and Herbert's son Logan during the couple's Love and War Tour in 2014.

Herbert has been at the centre of his own legal battle after he reportedly fell behind on payments for a Rolls-Royce. Bosses at Manhattan Leasing Enterprises, repossessed the car and resold it, but took a big loss in the process, and filed a suit against Herbert to cover the amount, which reportedly totalled more than $62,000 (£44,650).

According to TMZ.com, Herbert didn't respond to the legal action, and the judge overseeing the case has since delivered a default judgement against him, leaving him to pick up the bill.

The plaintiffs are now trying to collect on the judgement in California, where Herbert lives.
