AceShowbiz - Jennifer Hudson's ex-fiance David Otunga is seeking to depose her sister in the former couple's ongoing custody battle.
The former American Idol star announced her separation from the wrestler last November (17), and they have since been involved in a bitter dispute over their son David Daniel Otunga Jr.
According to The Blast, Otunga wants Hudson's sister Julia to sit for a deposition, although the subpoena has been sealed so it is unclear what he wants to quiz her about.
It is also not known if the judge has granted his request.
Jennifer's sister previously made headlines in 2008 when their mother, brother, and Julia's son were murdered by her estranged husband.
