AceShowbiz - Former Hinder frontman Austin Winkler has reached a divorce settlement with his estranged wife.
The singer separated from Jami Miller in 2014 and filed court papers in Los Angeles in December, 2015 to end the seven-year marriage, and now they have cut a deal to make the split legal.
According to The Blast, the musician will give Jami half of all rights, title and future earnings for 81 songs he wrote and recorded with the rockers, including All American Nightmare and 2 Sides of Me.
However, Winkler, who quit the Oklahoma-based group in 2013 to embark on a solo career, will keep the rights to their biggest hit, Lips of an Angel.
He will also give Jami $12,000 (£9,400) in back pay for the spousal support he owed for 2017, but will not have to hand over any other funds going forward, and he gets to keep his SUV and property he purchased after the marriage broke down.
