The mother of four proves that her slimmed down post-baby body is real and not photoshopped by capturing it in a video.

AceShowbiz - Hilaria Baldwin has hit back at allegations that she digitally altered pictures of her post-baby body.

She welcomed her fourth child, a son Romeo, with husband Alec Baldwin, 60, in May, and has managed to shed her pregnancy weight remarkably fast.

However, Hilaria was outraged when her Instagram followers accused her of digitally enhancing her photos in a big to appear slimmer, so posted a video proving that her figure is 100 per cent authentic.

Wearing a black lingerie set, the 34-year-old turned sideways, and then back again, to showcase her slender stomach, adding a lengthy caption to put the haters in their place.

"For those who are saying I photoshopped...how about this?" the yoga instructor wrote. "If my ribs look funny, I apologize for them (eye roll emoji). I just had a very large baby so maybe they are still expanded. I don't know...or maybe they will be like this forever. Whatever, I got a beautiful baby out of it, so I'm fine with them."

Hilaria continued to mock the allegations by insisting she has no idea how photo editing software actually works.

"I'm the worst with technology anyway, so the idea of me altering an image is laughable. If you know me, I'm totally against all of that and have been an advocate for appearing natural," she added. "It's a shame that people are so accustomed to fake, that they want to see it everywhere."

I believe life is both too long and too short to not be. I see the potential in everyone, and believe in my method and I want to help as many as possible. If you would like, take my hand in this quest for feeling good and treating your body well. If not, it is ok too...but don’t cheapen my message by saying silly things. Just move on to somewhere else.

Hilaria, who is also mother to daughter Carmen, four, as well as sons Rafael, three, and Leonardo, 22 months, had previously posted a picture 10 weeks postpartum in which she hoped to inspire new mums to eat well and exercise sufficiently.

To conclude her rant, she reminded followers of her ethos.

"If you would like, take my hand in this quest for feeling good and treating you body well. If not, it is ok too...but don't cheapen my message by saying silly things," she retorted.
