The 'Yeah!' hitmaker reportedly strikes a deal with a buyer to hand over his mansion for $1.5 million.

AceShowbiz - R&B superstar Usher has finally found a buyer for his lavish Georgia mansion, a decade after initially trying to sell the property.

The Yeah! hitmaker originally purchased the Alpharetta pad for $1.2 million (£915,600) from music executive L.A. Reid in 1998, and enjoyed the luxuries offered by the seven bedroom, eight-and-a-half bathroom spread, which is located in a gated country club and boasts a yoga studio, a spa, a climate-controlled treehouse, and a guest house with its own dance studio, before placing it back up for sale in 2008.

At the time, the list price was $1.95 million (£1.49 million), but after two months, the singer removed the house from the market.

Usher decided to try and offload the home again last year (17) for about $2.49 million (£1.9 million), but had to slash the price tag multiple times before eventually striking a deal with a new buyer on 2 July to hand over the keys for $1.5 million, according to The Blast.
