The band's frontman will join other members at the Indiana Grand Racing and Casino this weekend

AceShowbiz - Singer Bryan K. Abrams is expected to rejoin R&B group Color Me Badd onstage on Saturday, July 28, days after he was arrested for allegedly assaulting a bandmate.

Abrams was detained by police on July 22 after reportedly shoving bassist Mark Calderon in the middle of their show at Del Lago Casino in Tyre, New York.

The rest of the gig was axed as Calderon was briefly hospitalised and treated for neck and back pain, and he subsequently claimed Abrams, who was booked for misdemeanour assault and released on bail, had been drunk.

Despite the incident, Calderon insists the band will press on with its next show at the Indiana Grand Racing and Casino this weekend - and Abrams will be with them.

The two artists have not spoken since the alleged attack, but Calderon is adamant the show must go on, because they owe it to ticketholders.

"I'm here for the fans," Calderon tells The Blast.
