Bryan K. Abrams was detained on Sunday after allegedly pushing his bandmate Mark Calderon at New York concert.

AceShowbiz - Color Me Badd singer Bryan K. Abrams has reportedly been arrested for misdemeanour assault.

Abrams was reportedly detained on Sunday, July 22, after allegedly pushing his bandmate Mark Calderon while they were performing at Del Lago Casino in Tyre, New York.

According to TMZ, Calderon was subsequently taken to a hospital and treated for neck and back pain.

Abrams' bail was set at $2,000 (£1,500) and he has since been released. He is due in court next month.

Calderon now says his bandmate was heavily intoxicated before he rushed out and shoved him to the ground after leaving the stage during the second song of the band's set.

Calderon tells The Blast that Abrams' drinking during shows has become a big problem, and he wants his bandmate to get help and check into rehab.

The status of the pair's Color Me Badd gig in Indiana later this week is currently unclear.
