AceShowbiz - Model Candice Swanepoel has put her haters in their place by defending her post-birth bikini body against remarks from cruel online trolls.
The Victoria's Secret beauty welcomed her second son with husband Hermann Nicoli last month and just 12 days after she delivered her boy, the stunner hit the beach in Vitoria, Brazil in a two-piece bikini.
Trolls swarmed to berate Candice online for how horrible she looked with a post-pregnancy pooch, but the star was having none of it, taking to her Instagram Story profile on Wednesday, June 11, to defend herself against the insults.
In text overlaid on a paparazzi snap of her in the white and purple bikini, the model wrote: "This is me 12 days after having my son. If you have something bad to say about it...check yourself.
"Society can be so cruel to one another. Beauty standards are sometimes impossible for women these days. I'm not ashamed to show my post partum tummy. I am proud actually... I carried my son for 9 months in there. I think I've earned the right to have a little tummy."
Candice went on to question why she was targeted by the online meanies, suggesting maybe her occupation made her an easy hit for trolls, before celebrating all women with a body positive message.
