AceShowbiz - Beyonce Knowles has just added fuel to her pregnancy rumors. While the speculations had died down for a while, she brought them to attention again with her suspicious gesture during one of her shows as part of "On the Run II" Tour with Jay-Z.

Performing in Italy on Sunday, July 8, the mother of three was caressing her belly onstage. The moment was captured on a video by a fan and was later shared online. After seeing the video, many people get reminded of Beyonce's gesture at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards, during when she was pregnant with Blue Ivy.

"Beyonce is really pregnant again.. and she's about to be a mother of 4 WOW," the fan captioned the Twitter video.

Another fan who attended the concert also wrote on Twitter, "I watched Beyonce perform in Rome, Italy TODAY. I'm just gonna hottake this right now .. She might be pregnant."

"I don't want to think Beyonce is pregnant but I think Beyoncé is pregnant," another Twitter user similarly commented. "I mean I get she was tryna be sexy but let's talk about how she rubs the belly and walks away smiling," another added.

Beyonce's third pregnancy rumors first surfaced in June after fans spotted what appeared to be a baby bump during her "On the Run II" Tour. Adding fuel to the speculations is Beyonce's wardrobe choices. She allegedly has been wearing coats during the tour.

Last week, she posted some pictures from her vacation in Cannes with Jay-Z and their daughter Blue Ivy. In one of the photos, the couple sat on the footsteps of a stairway with a beer bottle spotted next to her.

But fans didn't believe that the alcohol was enough evidence to prove she's not pregnant. "Sis, you not fooling nobody, we need a pic of you DRINKING that Corona cuz tonight you trolling," one Instagram user commented on the photo. "Sooo I know you not drinking that Corona," another follower wrote. "She's gotta be pregnant, guys. Look at her recent pictures. She's covering up. And last normal pic of her was a month ago," someone added.
