AceShowbiz - R&B singer Ciara is enjoying a belated honeymoon in South Africa to celebrate her second wedding anniversary with American football star Russell Wilson.
The Goodies hitmaker tied the knot with the quarterback at Peckforton Castle in Cheshire, England in July, 2016, and chose to enjoy the countryside location for a few days after the nuptials before heading back to their native U.S.
Ciara soon fell pregnant with the couple's first child, daughter Sienna, who was born in April, 2017, but now they have finally found the time to enjoy the traditional post-wedding vacation, which they organised to coincide with their second anniversary on Friday, July 06.
The singer, who shares four-year-old son Future Zahir with her rapper ex, also called Future, has been documenting their travels on social media, sharing snaps from a family trip to China before heading to their honeymoon destination in South Africa, arriving in Cape Town last week.
Ciara shared a sweet clip of herself planting a kiss on her man's cheek to mark the occasion.
"2 Years Baby!" she captioned the post. "Im (sic) Looking forward to Forever with you. #HappyAnniversary My Love @DangeRussWilson".
She has continued to gush about Russell in subsequent Instagram shots over the weekend, including one of the sportsman sleeping.
"Mornings are the sweetest when waking up to you," she wrote, along with the hashtags, "#Anniversary #HoneyMoon".
Another image featured Ciara posing by the water at the Cape of Good Hope: "Honeymoon Memories In Capetown (sic)," she added in the caption.
