The House Bunny star filed legal papers to end their 13-year union in a Los Angeles court on Friday, July 06, according to The Blast.
Details about the couple's split have yet to be revealed, but Monet and British-born Alex share two children: 13-year-old Marlon and seven-year-old Luciano.
De Rakoff previously featured as an actor in Orlando Bloom film The Calcium Kid in 2004, and 2009's Dead Man Running, in which Mazur also appeared. He has since worked as a writer/producer on the TV adaptation of Guy Ritchie's crime comedy Snatch.
