Labels for both stars have confirmed the news, blaming their busy schedules as the reason for their split.

AceShowbiz - Suzy and Lee Dong Wook's relationship is short lived. The two Hallyu stars have broken up, just four months after their dating reports surfaced and were confirmed by their respective label. Osen first reported their splits news, which has since been confirmed by JYP Entertainment and King Kong by Starship.
JYP Entertainment, which represents Suzy, said in a statement on Monday, July 2, "It's true that [Suzy] has broken up with Lee Dong Wook. Because they both had busy schedules, it was difficult for them to meet, and they naturally ended up going their separate ways."
Lee Dong Wook's agency King Kong by Starship similarly stated, "It's true that Lee Dong Wook and Suzy have broken up. They naturally grew apart as they became busier."
A source also told news outlet OSEN, "After their breakup, the two are cheering each other on from a distance as fellow actors."
Both Suzy and Lee Dong Wook have been busy with preparations for their upcoming dramas. The former Miss A member is set to star on SBS' upcoming series "Vagabond", which will reunite her with her "Gu Family Book" co-star Lee Seung Gi. As for Lee Dong Wook, he is currently filming JTBC's medical drama "Life".
Suzy was first reported dating Lee Dong Wook, who is 13 years old her senior, in March. At the time, it was said that the two were spotted on a date at Cheongdam-dong. The 23-year-old singer/actress and the 36-year-old actor got close after meeting at a private, casual gathering.
Sources said that Lee Dong Wook was attracted to Suzy's cool personality and down-to-earth character, but it's Suzy who first expressed interest in him. They reportedly got along well because of their similarly bright personalities.
Suzy previously dated Lee Min Ho for almost three years, before their breakup was confirmed in November 2017 while the "City Hunter" actor has been serving in military as a public service worker.
