AceShowbiz - Prince Harry and Meghan Markle joined Queen Elizabeth for the first day of Royal Ascot on June 19, exactly one month after their royal wedding at Windsor Castle. During the occasion, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were inseparable as they packed on the PDA.
Harry and the "Suits" alum shared a carriage with Prince Edward and Sophie, the Countess of Wessex, while in the parade on the way to the horse racing event. Even though they sat across from each other in the carriage, they were see linking arms throughout the event. Meghan was also seen putting her hand on her husband's back a few times.

For the event, Meghan wore an elegant white dress by her wedding dress designer, Givenchy. She accessorized the ensemble with a wide-brimmed black-and-white hat with a side swoop detail from Philip Treacy. Harry, meanwhile, looked dapper in his traditional tailcoat and top hat.

Several members of the royal family gathered at the event, including Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles. Noticeably absent from the event were Prince William and Kate Middleton. The Duke of Cambridge was occupied in Liverpool at the International Business Festival, while the Duchess of Cambridge is still on maternity leave after giving birth to their third child, Prince Louis.
The Royal Ascot is just one of many public appearances that Harry and Meghan will be making in the next few months. Kensington Palace recently announced that the newlywed royal couple would embark on their first official royal tour this autumn.
The couple is scheduled to visit Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and the Kingdom of Tonga during their trip. It is also said that the tour will coincide with the 2018 Invictus Games that will be located in Sydney, Australia.
