AceShowbiz - Actress DuShon Monique Brown died of sepsis, according to her autopsy report.
The 49-year-old Chicago Fire star admitted herself to a Chicago, Illinois hospital days after suffering chest pains in March. She was released, but fell seriously ill and reportedly died at her home.
Her cause of death was not revealed at the time, but according to TMZ, officials at the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office have now ruled she died of sepsis. The source of the blood infection was not determined.
High blood pressure and obesity were also listed as contributing factors of her death.
