The 'Charmed' alum slams editors of the New York Post for making jokes about Kardashian's body instead of focusing on her political campaign in an article about Kardashian's White House visit.

AceShowbiz - Alyssa Milano has accused editors of the New York Post newspaper of showing "unacceptable sexism" in a headline about Kim Kardashian.
The reality TV star went to the White House in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, May 30, to have a meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump in which she asked him to pardon great-grandmother Alice Marie Johnson, who is currently serving a life sentence without parole for her first drug offence, as part of her campaign for criminal justice reform.
After their meeting, Trump shared a picture on Twitter showing him grinning widely while sitting behind his desk in the Oval Office as Kardashian stands beside him in an all-black ensemble.
Editors of the New York Post used the photo for the front page of their Thursday edition and accompanied it with the headline "Trump meets rump" and other phrases like "The big other a*s summit" and "Kim Thong Un pitches prez on prison reform", a pun on North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

Milano, a key figurehead in the #MeToo movement addressing sexual harassment, has now blasted newspaper bosses for making jokes about Kardashian's body instead of focusing on her political campaign.
"Disgusting headline, @nypost.@KimKardashian was meeting with President Trump about a critical issue and you lead with her a*s? This is unacceptable sexism. No woman deserves this," she wrote. "Thank you for using your platform to raise awareness for the issue of prison reform, Kim."

Twitter was divided on the matter, with some users finding the front page funny and others expressing outrage.
But comedian Terrence K. Williams supported Milano's comments and wrote, "This is so disrespectful! Where are the woman activist, feminist and metoo movement (sic)? @newyorkpost should know that this is misogynistic, shaming @KimKardashian because she is woman that wants to make a change."
Kardashian has not addressed the newspaper, but she liked a series of tweets made by a woman who asked why the TV personality was being criticised for doing "a good thing".
The user stated, "I find it ridiculous that people will constantly criticise her for doing 'nothing' yet when she does 'something' she also gets criticised."
