The 'Sk8er Boi' hitmaker and the son of investment banker Fayez Sarofim reportedly have been together for two to three months after meeting at a dinner party held by mutual friends.

AceShowbiz - Singer Avril Lavigne has found love again with the son of a Texas billionaire.
The Sk8er Boi hitmaker reportedly met Phillip Sarofim at a dinner party held by mutual friends and they have been quietly dating for the past two to three months, according to E! News.
Avril and Phillip were photographed together in Los Angeles last month, and have apparently been splitting their time between each of their home bases.
The rumoured new couple has yet to comment on its budding relationship.
Phillip is the son of investment banker Fayez Sarofim, a part owner of American football team the Houston Texans. He was previously married to Lori Krohn.
The romance news emerges nine months after Avril, 33, was linked to music producer J.R. Rotem, who she had reportedly grown close to while working on new material last summer (17).
She also previously dated fellow singer Ryan Cabrera and former The Hills star Brody Jenner, while she was married to Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley from 2006 to 2010, and Nickelback rocker Chad Kroeger from 2013 to 2015.
Avril has been keeping a low profile since revealing she had been diagnosed with bacterial condition Lyme disease in 2015, but she returned to the red carpet in April, for the first time in two years, to attend the 25th annual Race to Erase MS Gala in California.
At the event, she promised fans the long-awaited follow-up to her 2013 self-titled album would be worth the wait.
"I know my fans have been waiting for a long time and some of them are unhappy," she told E! News of her work progress. "They're like, 'OK, what is going on with this album?' But trust me, I'm doing everything I can and I just want it to be ready and everything to be perfect and a lot of like, care has gone into this. All the waiting and the hard work on my end will pay off, I promise."
