Her lawyear Lisa Bloom announces plans to file suit againts the 'In Da Club' rapper and Mari's ex-boyfriend and now legal action has been taken.

AceShowbiz - Reality star Teairra Mari has launched a revenge porn lawsuit against rapper 50 Cent and her ex-boyfriend.

On Tuesday, May16, the Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood star's attorney, Lisa Bloom, accused her client's ex-boyfriend, Akbar Abdul-Ahad, of accessing her Instagram account and posting graphic images from a sex tape online. She also alleged the In Da Club rapper re-posted one of the images to his Instagram page after Mari initially deleted them.

In a press release, Bloom announced plans to file suit and now legal action has been taken. According to TMZ, Mari is accusing Abdul-Ahad of posting the graphic images in an attempt to get back at her for not taking part in a polyamorous relationship.

The 30-year-old claims 50 Cent and Abdul-Ahad are trying to "slut-shame" her and it's causing her "significant long term emotional injuries, requiring psychiatric services". She's suing for invasion of privacy and emotional distress.

50 Cent has yet to comment on the lawsuit, but the 42-year-old previously reacted to Bloom's press release by posting a picture of himself sitting next to the top attorney's mother Gloria Allred, another celebrity lawyer who specialises in women's rights issues, and captioned it: "Oh Lisa stop... don't make me tell your mom."

This is not the first time Jackson has faced a lawsuit over the leaking of a sex tape - in 2015, a judge ordered him to pay Lastonia Leviston around $7 million (£5.2 million) after she accused him of leaking a sexually explicit clip she made with her then-boyfriend in 2009 as part of a spoof video.

He subsequently filed for bankruptcy and is also suing the law firm bosses who represented him in the original sex tape case for $7 million in actual damages and $25 million (£18.6 million) in punitive damages for alleged malpractice.
