It arrives after the 'Look What You Made Me Do' songstress scored $4 million from a quiet property sale earlier this month.

AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift is selling up in Los Angeles - she has put her Beverly Hills house up for sale just days after selling a nearby mansion. The pop star, who launched her Reputation Tour in Arizona last week, May 08, has put the bungalow on the market for $2.95 million after scoring $4 million from a quiet property sale earlier this month.

The estate moves come as sources claim Taylor and her actor boyfriend Joe Alwyn are getting very serious, and she's looking for a home in his native U.K. so she can be near him.

Her stylish four-bedroom bungalow is ideal for a wine lover as it comes with its own climate-controlled wine cellar. It appears Taylor will be leaving behind many fixtures and fittings, including a dining set, a huge plasma TV screen, and top-of-the-range kitchen appliances.

There's also a state-of-the-art surveillance camera system, which security-conscious Swift installed. The singer's main Beverly Hills home was targeted by two trespassers recently.

Meanwhile, the mini-mansion Taylor offloaded just over a week ago was snapped up by Nicolas Bijan Pakzad, the son of the late designer and House of Bijan founder, Bijan Pakzad, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The singer is currently on the look out for her first English home and is scouting for country estates outside London and in Oxfordshire.
