AceShowbiz - Blac Chyna has been asked to provide written proof to a judge that the Kardashians scuppered her reality show "Rob & Chyna". The 30-year-old has filed a lawsuit against the first family of reality television after she claimed the Kardashians "strong-armed" bosses at the E! network to cancel her reality show, on which she appeared with her former fiance Rob Kardashian.

However, according to editors at TMZ, on Thursday, May 10, the presiding judge on the case disagreed with her claim and urged Chyna to provide written proof that the channel was under obligation to make a second series.

In documents obtained by the news outlet, the judge allegedly said, "the network had every right, under the contract - which Chyna signed - to NOT continue the series," and added of her allegation, "that's not enough, though, and Chyna will need something in writing to prove E! was obligated." However, Chyna can reportedly amend the lawsuit in respect of the cancellation allegation, and her claim of defamation is still on the table.

Rob and Chyna started dating in January 2016 and became engaged months later. They welcomed their daughter Dream that November and finally split in February 2017 after a tumultuous year. In October, Chyna filed the lawsuit against Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, and Rob. She also accused the trio of defamation, after they alleged that she left Dream at home while she went to a party.

The Kardashians have dismissed the claims as "bald conclusions that have no factual support."
