Redmond O'Neal was held in Santa Monica, California after he was allegedly involved in the robbery of a convenience store, and prosecutors at the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office have since filed six charges against the embattled 33-year-old: second-degree robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, possession of a smoking device, and possession of an injection/ingestion device, as well as two counts of possessing a controlled substance, according to TheBlast.com.

Redmond, who has been in and out of jail and rehab since his teens, is no stranger to the law, and was most recently sentenced to serve three years behind bars in 2015. He was originally arrested for heroin possession in 2008 and has violated his probation on multiple occasions.
