The disgraced movie mogul claims in a lawsuit that the company refuses to give him $300,000 to cover his crisis management.

AceShowbiz - Harvey Weinstein is countersuing bosses at his insurance company, insisting they should be covering his crisis management. Chubb Indemnity Insurance Co. executives asked a judge to sign off on their denial of coverage for the movie mogul as his world started to fall apart last year, following the publication of two sexual misconduct exposes, and now Weinstein is fighting back.
In new documents, obtained by TMZ, he claims he and partners at his former company, The Weinstein Company, paid more than $1 million in premiums over 25 years and one of the policies allegedly promised him $300,000 in "crisis assistance."
The disgraced producer, who is under investigation by police officials in London, New York, and Los Angeles, is suing for the $300,000 in crisis cash, plus other coverage he insists Chubb bosses owe him.
