AceShowbiz - Ivana Trump just ate her words. The former wife of President Donald Trump surprised everyone when she made appearance on the Italian version of "Dancing with the Stars" on Saturday night, May 5, less than a year after she criticized Marla Maples for competing on American "Dancing with the Stars".
Ivana appeared with ex-husband Rossano Rubicondi as guest competitors in the ninth episode of "Ballando Con Le Stelle". She danced in a skintight, partially see-through red sequined dress.
A video played on the show saw the former professional skier practicing with her dance partner Samuel Peron, who later escorted her onto the stage at the beginning of their routine. They were welcomed with thunderous applause from the audience.
Samuel was seen picking Ivana up during their dance. He then handed the 69-year-old blonde to her ex-hubby Rosanno, who got down on one knee to take her hand. Their chemistry was clearly still on on the stage.
Ivana's appearance on the show came less than a year after she criticized Marla Maples, Trump's second wife, for her "DWTS" gig. "No class!" she wrote about Marla in her 2017 book "Raising Trump". "I wouldn't go on that show, dancing in those tiny dresses with the boobs and butt hanging out."
Ivana married Trump in 1977 before they split in 1992 and ended with ugly divorce proceedings. The former couple shares three children together, Donald Jr., Eric and Ivanka Trump. As for Marla, the 54-year-old actress was married to the then-real-estate developer from 1993 until 1999. They are parents to Tiffany Trump.
Also appearing in the Saturday episode of Italian "DWTS" were "Deadpool 2" actors Ryan Reynolds and Josh Brolin, who were in Rome to promote their upcoming movie. Both hunks showed off their dance moves on the dance competition.

Ryan teamed up with professional dancer Samantha Togni to strut his stuff. Josh, meanwhile, took to Instagram to gush about the big moment in his career. "I made a wish come true last night. Ryan has always wanted to do Dancing with the Stars Rome with an incredibly handsome curmudgeon. Well, last night I made his dream a reality," he wrote in a caption of his photo with Ryan on the show.
He added, "It was good for me too. Deadpool 2 was a difficult process for us: there was a lot of strife between us, a lot of hatred and baggage. We let it go for just a night - one night - and what a night it was."
