AceShowbiz - Arnold Schwarzenegger is back on his feet after heart surgery - and he has taken to Instagram to celebrate. The "Terminator" star shared a health update with his fans on Friday, May 4, as he dined out at his favorite restaurant, revealing it was the first time he'd left his home since his release from the hospital after he had a pulmonic valve replaced just before Easter.
"This was the first time I went out after my surgery," he beamed in the video. "Right here to my favorite place, R&D restaurant in Santa Monica. It felt so good to finally be out and not to be a prisoner of my own home anymore. Ah, I love it."
Arnie captioned the Instagram video, "Major update! It feels so good to be back and I remain so, so grateful to all of you for your healing thoughts!"
