Report: Girls Aloud to Reunite for 20th Anniversary Tour
Music

The reunion rumors first sparked after Cheryl Cole was seen dining with Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh at a restaurant in London's Knightsbridge.

AceShowbiz - Girls Aloud are reportedly set to reunite to celebrate their 20th anniversary. All five members, Cheryl Cole, Kimberley Walsh, Nicola Roberts, Sarah Harding and Nadine Coyle, are believed to be in contact for the first time in years and are working on a shocking reunion, according to The Sun.

The speculation comes as Cheryl was seen dining with Nicola and Kimberley on Thursday, April 26 night at a restaurant in London's Knightsbridge. The trio was celebrating the birthday of Beth Honan, who was the group's choreographer for nine years. Amidst the reunion rumours, Nadine has also scrapped her planned solo tour performing Girls Aloud hits such as Biology, Sound of the Underground and Can't Speak French.

Earlier this week, the singer told fans in a statement that the tour, which was due to start on 10 May in Glasgow, Scotland was pulled for "many reasons," though she didn't expand further.

"Hi guys, I am so sad to say I'm not able to do the tour at this time. I am so sorry and really wish things were different but for many reasons, it is not meant to be," the star said. "You deserve the best show possible and with such big venues and very little dates, it was becoming impossible to achieve what we had wanted to do. Everything is a lesson & this is definitely one for me. Thank you for your continued love & support!!!"

The girl group was formed in 2002 on ITV singing competition show "Popstars: The Rivals", before splitting in 2013.
