AceShowbiz - Blac Chyna recently made headlines when she was caught on camera getting into a fight with someone at Six Flags Magic Mountain on Easter Sunday. It prompted many people to wonder if her recent fight would help ex-fiance Rob Kardashian get full custody of their daughter Dream, but it looks like it won't.

"This doesn't really help him very much because there was a nanny and the nanny took Dream away and protected the kid," David Pisarra, a family law attorney, explains to HollywoodLife.com. "So that's going to look good for Blac Chyna that she's got a professional to help her, and she's got at least one bodyguard."

David goes on sharing that even if Rob tries to bring the video to court and show it to the judges, Blac "is going to say, 'Well, I was defending my baby,' and a judge is going to say, 'Well, I get that.' So, it won't be an issue at all." He adds, "In this case, anger management isn't appropriate, although she probably does have some anger issues. Those generally show up more in domestic violent cases, that's where a judge is going to look at it and say we need to get you into anger management classes."

While Rob most likely won't get full custody of Dream, the reality TV star does fear for the safety of his daughter. "It scares Rob thinking that Chyna would put herself at risk of getting hurt, thrown in jail for fighting, or worse, that she would put his daughter in a position where Dream could have gotten hurt," an insider tells HollywoodLife.com.

His family, on the other hand, is not surprised after watching the video, but they are concerned with Dream's safety. "She is just drama all the time," a source tells PEOPLE. "The family's just relieved Rob isn't involved with her anymore." The source then adds that the Kardashians' "biggest concern is that Dream is safe."
