Ashton Kutcher revealed some rare details about his divorce from Demi Moore when he sat down for an interview with Dax Shepard on his "Armchair Expert" podcast. The actor shared that he went to Big Sky, Montana all by himself after getting divorced.

"Right after I got divorce, I went to the mountains for a week by myself," Kutcher noted. "I did no food, no drink--just water and tea. I took all my computers away, my phone, my everything. I was there by myself, so there was no talking. I just had a notepad, a pen and water and tea--for a week."

The 40-year-old hunk admitted that he started hallucinating on the second day, but he said that it was "pretty wonderful." In order to get rid of the hallucination, he started doing tai chi, though he never had training in the martial arts practice before. "I was just doing what came to me," he recalled, laughing.

In addition to moving on from Moore, Kutcher decided that it was time to close the chapter on all of his previous relationships. "I wrote down every single relationship that I had where I felt like there was some grudge or some anything, regret, anything," he continued. "And I wrote letters to every single person, and on day seven, I typed them all out and then sent them."

"It was like an [Alcoholics Anonymous] exercise. I was like, 'I've probably done some damage.' So I just cleared palette," he noted, adding that his seven-day stay was "really spiritual and kind of awesome."

Kutcher and Moore tied the knot in 2005 and announced their separation in 2011 after six year of marriage. They officially divorced in 2013. The "No Strings Attached" star is now married to Mila Kunis. They share two children, daughter Wyatt Isabelle and son Dimitri Portwood.
