AceShowbiz - Congratulations are in order for Lin-Manuel Miranda and wife Vannesa Nadal for welcoming their new bundle of joy. The 38-year-old Broadway composer announced via Twitter that he and his lawyer wife welcomed their second child, a baby boy, together on Thursday night, February 1.

"Int. Hospital Room. Night," Miranda tweeted on February 2 along with a black-and-white snap of his newborn baby being held by his wife. "[The screams reach a delirious crescendo. FRANSISCO MIRANDA enters. He is 7 pounds and 13 ounces.] Intermission."

The couple, who is already parents to 3-year-old Sebastian, announced that they were expecting their second child when Nadal debuted her baby bump at the 2017 London Evening Standard Theatre Awards on December 3. Miranda posted on his Twitter account a photo of them at the event, and a fan was quick to notice the bump.

"#BitOfANight @VAMNit," Miranda captioned the pic along with eyes emoji. The said fan then asked, "is v...?" to which Miranda simply replied with, "Oh hell yeah."

Miranda and Nadal tied the knot in 2010. They first met when they both attended Hunter College High School in Manhattan. The "Hamilton" creator dished on their first meeting to The New York Times back in 2010.

"She was gorgeous and I'm famously bad at talking to women I find attractive," he told the news outlet. "I have a total lack of game." They later reunited when Miranda came across her on Facebook and invited her to his upcoming Freestyle Love Supreme show.

"I was so shy I asked a friend of mine to get her phone number," he recalled. Nadal then added that she fell in love with Miranda after watching him perform on the stage. "He was up there free-styling and weaving rhymes together. It's pretty impressive. He's really, really smart," she shared.
