While the former Victoria's Secret model made quite the entrance while making her first-ever red carpet appearance at the annual awards ceremony held on Sunday, January 7, many were wondering why she was at the event with the likes of Meryl Streep, Halle Berry, Angelina Jolie and more acting talents.

Poking fun at her Golden Globes appearance, some even trolled Kendall with last year's controversy surrounding her Pepsi ad. "LMAO why is @KendallJenner at the Golden Globes?? For her outstanding performance in the Pepsi ad ?" one asked, savagely telling the model to "go away" as "no one wants you there."

But Kendall still earned lots of praises for her show-stopping Giambattista Valli dress. Prior to arriving at the event in the black gown in support of the Time's Up movement, the model shared her support for the campaign on her social media account.
