Eva Longoria's unborn child is already so loved. The actress celebrated the start of the new year by sharing on Instagram on January 1 the first official picture of her growing baby bump.
"New year, new adventures! I'm so grateful to my beautiful family for giving this new baby so much love already!" she wrote along the snap that featured her donning a black-and-red plaid pajamas while placing her hands on her growing stomach. There were also several hands placed over her stomach in the snap.
While many of her devoted followers shared congratulatory comments, a fan hilariously called her out for an old snap that she apparently deleted before she announced her pregnancy. "I remember of one snap," so the fan wrote. "You was on the boat with your husband and you was pregnant no one knows yet and you was sick aha."
The unborn baby will be Longoria's first child and husband Jose Baston's fourth. The media mogul is already a father to Jose, Tali and Mariana, whom he shares with ex-wife Natalia Esperon. As Longoria is already a stepmom to Baton's three children, she was already natural when it came to motherhood.
"Eva is such a caring and motherly person already," a friend of the actress told PEOPLE. "She's always looking out for those around her and going out her way to help people. She comes from the most nurturing family and can't wait to pass that along to her baby."
Last week, the "Desperate Housewives" alum debuted her baby bump during an outing with her husband in Miami. The couple was spotted walking around the city, with Longoria rocking a sheer black tank top with a striped sports bra. The two were seen snuggling and walking arm-in-arm. At one point, the couple also sneaked a sweet kiss.
