Even though Drake released "Take Care" way back in 2011, it doesn't mean that people will stop talking about it. His sophomore album, which received critical acclaim from music critics, broke Billboard record as the first album to spend more than 250 weeks on Billboard 200 chart.
In its 251st week on the chart, "Take Care" dropped to No. 105 after staying at No. 89 last week. The effort was not the only Drake's albums that stayed on the chart. His latest album "More Life" sat at No. 56 in its 40th week, while "Views" landed at No. 88 in its 86th week.
Following the success of his albums, Drake, whose real name is Aubrey Drake Graham, is currently gearing up for a new project. Many fans believe that his new album will be a sequel to "Take Care" after the rapper shared on Instagram earlier this year a picture that looked really similar to the album's cover art. He simply captioned it, "Scuzzi."
It was also recently revealed that Drake had tapped producer Pi'erre Bourne for his next album, which is rumored to be released next year. Bourne shared the news during an interview with Billboard. "I got a couple other songs I'll be putting out," he told the outlet. "I'm going to finish working on my next project. Getting Carti's album going, working on Drake's album, me and 21 Savage got stuff blowing up."
Producer London on da Track has also reportedly been included on the new project after he told Rap-Up that he has new music with Drake. "Well, I've sent him a few things and hopefully he'll be able to share those things to the world. I don't want to spoil any surprises," he shared at the time.
Aside from his new album, it was also reported that the "Hotline Bling" hitmaker would release a collaborative track with Quavo from Migos.
