Report: Keri Hilson Broke Up With Ricardo Lockette Over Beyonce
Celebrity

An insider claimed the romance between the 'Almost Christmas' star and the former Seattle Seahawks wide receiver ended after the latter was caught playing 'Lemonade'.

AceShowbiz - It seems like Keri Hilson is no longer taken. The "Knock You Down" songstress apparently broke up with her NFL player boyfriend Ricardo Lockette. Rumor has it, the rumored former couple decided to go separate ways because of Beyonce Knowles.

MediaTakeOut claimed that Keri and the baller were fighting more often. The site further stated that it was the last straw when she "caught" Ricardo listening to "Lemonade".

"Keri doesn't like Beyonce, or her fans, everyone knows this," an insider revealed. "He wasn't just listening to 'Lemonade' he was playing it to hurt Keri. F**k that, she should have dumped him."

Over the weekend, Ricardo took to his Instagram account to hint that his romance with the singer/actress was over. "#EnjoyTheProcess #newbeginnings #Rockette To be continued..... wish you the best beautiful," so the former Seattle Seahawks wide receiver captioned a meme which read, "I want to inspire people. I want someone to look at me and say 'Because of you, I didn't give up.' "

It seemed like Ricardo was desperate to let everyone know as he tagged celebrity Instagram pages like The Shade Room, Baller Alert and MTV.

Keri also took to her Twitter account to write a more shady post about their nasty breakup. The "Almost Christmas" star wrote, "A 'mistake' is usually the word people prefer to use when it really was a RISK they DECIDED to take. But word to the wise, make sure you can handle both outcomes."

Further fueling breakup rumor, Ricardo replied to her tweet, "Lol wish you the best!!" The athlete followed it up with a separate tweet which read, "Never any shade, always love and the upmost respect for her. Everyday was a blessing. #Queen."

Seemingly responding to Ricardo's tweet, Keri wrote, "The ONLY thing we owe ourselves and others is to be 100|percent| authentic to what we truly feel at all times."
