Are Zac Efron and Rebecca Ferguson (II) an item? Zac and Rebecca's characters in "The Greatest Showman" may be just friends, but things between the two may be heating up off-screen. The co-stars spark dating rumors after Efron made a series of flirty posts this past few months, making fans wonder if the two are dating.
Earlier this month, the "Baywatch" actor first posted on Instagram a behind-the-scenes photo of him and Rebecca taken from the set of "The Greatest Showman". "A pic is worth a thousand words. Only ones I can think of now are: wtf were u thinking dude?! Look at her!! #GreatestShowman #RebeccaFerguson," he captioned the snap, which saw him and Rebecca donning color-coordinated outfits in what looks like a ballroom.
Zac didn't stop there. On December 10, he took to his Twitter account to share yet another photo of the alleged couple while promoting the movie. "I finally looked… (a heart-eye emoji) #GreatestShowman," he tweeted alongside a picture of him lovingly gazing at the "The Girl on the Train (2016)" star, who looked gorgeous in a red outfit.

Fans quickly gushed over the potential lovebirds. "I think Zac Efron and Rebecca Ferguson must be dating, and I couldn't be shipping it more," a fan wrote enthusiastically. "Finally (a heart emoji)," another fan celebrated over the photo of Zac and Rebecca looking adorable on "The Greatest Showman" set.

Zac previously was full of praise when talking about his experience working with Rebecca and his on-screen love Zendaya Coleman. "They work tirelessly," the "High School Musical" actor shared on December 8 at the New York City premiere of "The Greatest Showman", which also stars Hugh Jackman.
He added, "Making a movie these days is not easy in any respect so it was fun to watch them navigate and hold true to what they set out to do from day one, despite the obstacles and the things that can get in the way of any film, especially a musical."
