AceShowbiz - It's official! David Foster and Yolanda Hadid's divorce has been finalized. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a judgment was entered in court last Monday, October 16 to put an end to their four-year marriage. The exes reportedly have also reached an agreement on spousal support and property.
David and Yolanda announced their split in December 2015 after four years of marriage and nine years together. "Sadly we have decided to go our separate ways," they said in a statement to PEOPLE at the time. "We've shared nine beautiful and joyous years together. During that time we experienced love, friendship and the inevitable challenges that come with managing a marriage, careers, blended families and health issues."
It was the fourth marriage for the 67-year-old music mogul, and the second for the 53-year-old former model. They have no kids together. David has eight kids from his previous marriages, Sara, Erin, Amy, Gary, Jordan, Allison, Greg and Tim. Yolanda, meanwhile, shares three children, Gigi Hadid, Bella Hadid and Anwar Hadid, with her first ex-husband, Mohamed Hadid.
News of David finalizing his divorce from "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star came just days after he was spotted getting very handsy with his rumored new girlfriend, actress/singer half his age Katharine McPhee. After enjoying a dinner in Brentwood, California, over the weekend, the music producer got a kiss on the cheek fro the "Scorpion" actress while they're at an ATM.
Despite flaunting major PDA, a source close to the rumored lovebirds claimed that they're merely having "some fun" at the expense of photographers. Speaking to PEOPLE, the source said, "Katharine and David are in no way romantically involved. They are dear, old friends who genuinely love spending time together, but it is nothing more than that. They are also, however, both savvy enough to see quite obvious paparazzi stalking them, and they know how to have some fun with them."
